A real estate broker for more than 25 years, Craig began his career in New York City as a sales associate in residential real estate for JPS Associates. In 1984, the New Jersey native founded Steven Craig Realty in Atlantic City shortly after a referendum was passed to accommodate the interest in real estate in the flourishing area. His firm became Atlantic City’s leader in real estate, cornering two thirds of the market. In 1992, Studnicky relocated to Florida to work as Director of Sales for Country Club Estates in Aventura from 1992 to 1994. Philip Spiegelman is widely recognized as one of the world’s most successful and influential experts in the marketing and sales of luxury condominium projects. Since founding ISG, Spiegelman and partner Craig Studnicky have been responsible for more than $8 billion in sales of prestigious properties for leading developers. A New York native and graduate of Hofstra Univeristy, Mr. Spiegelman has been active in the real estate industry since 1970, first as a developer and then as a leader and authority in sales and marketing. He holds a brokers license and is a designated Member of the Institute of Residential Marketing (MIRM) by the National Association of Homebuilders. A frequent speaker at real estate conferences and roundtables worldwide, Mr. Spiegelman founded the Sales and Marketing Council (SMC) of the Builders Association of Florida and established the Florida Achievement and Marketing Excellence (FAME) awards to recognize leaders in his industry. An avid golfer, he has also sponsored (through ISG) numerous charitable golf tournaments. A full service organization of seasoned, experienced real estate professionals with a presence in offices and strategic partnerships throughout the world, ISG is today one of the nation’s preeminent marketing and sales organization for luxury, high-rise condominiums, ranging from new construction to conversions and re-sales.
